Unsolicited text message about a locked COMMBANK netbank account. I don’t, and have never, had a COMMBANK account - scam

Caller: SMS Text Message

This SCAM was sent to my Mobile number via SMS text message earlier today,

It read as follows:

*IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM WESTPAC* Your Internet access has been revoked. We have done this to help protect the security of your account. To unlock your account please visit your nearest Westpac branch with your photo ID or go to mobile-westpac.com/lockout & follow the prompts.

Telling me my Westpac online banking details are revoked and I need to go online to fix

I also got this message today. I do have a ComBank acct. My acct isn’t locked. Have passed a copy to the combank hoax notification. Block the number and delete the message. Do not follow the link. Scam.

again Not commbank and hopefully people dont fall for it...

I got a message saying netbank account is locked and directed me to cbamobile.com url

Looks like a SCAM

Fishing scam. Asks for details of your bank account via net access. "BEWARE"
