Caller: saying Impact

call form company saying Impact working for AGL, as left me a phone number (03) 0094 9467 to call back saying she is calling in regard to an update on my account. I then called AGL and they said I dont even have and active account with AGL so, I assume this is a scam

They are a debt collector, they usually work along side AGL for unpaid bills

could be a scam because I'm in WA and have no business with AGL. This number tried calling me twice yesterday, no messages left

A company called Impact, regarding AGL bills

Call from a company called Impact from a private number wanting my details. I said who are you, she then said am I speaking with so and so. I hung up. You’re calling me from a private number, somehow you’ve managed to get my number. Then you call me and I ask you for your details but you can’t give them to me but you expect me to give you my details. To all those companies who continuously harass people on the phone by calling them on a private number it’s not happening. Just like the company you work for has a privacy issue clause so do I.
