Caller: NBN faults I received 3 calls this morning a male person said he is from NBN and that my internet has been hacked he wanted me to open a Google account then enter a code he was going to give me then he wanted me to supply him with my IP address I refused he then said if I don't do what he is saying he will suspend my internet for 6 months I said go for it and hung up he called back using a different mobile number and went off at me for hanging up on him I hung up then he called back again using a 3rd mobile number I declined the call I then called NBN complaints lines and was advised if there is an issue with my internet they do not call the customer they call the service provider
