this caller is a financial adviser who obtains leads by having cold call spammers randomly ring. I am no resorting to agreeing to take these 2nd or 3rd stage calls as figure ultimately someone is paying for the service. and if they pay for sufficient dud leads they will stop and the world will be a better place.
