Got the same message, clicked on it and it registered a device on to my netbank account. Had to remove it and suspend net banking services.

I have now deleted the message saying my account may be be suspended and giving a link to click: http://reactivation-anz.com/cgi Knew it was fake as I don't have an ANZ account to suspend.
