Caller: Mastercard and Visa Fraud Services They were querying a $700 transfer to California supposedly being made from my account. Lady with thick accent was very good with the answers! Gave me her name, employee ID and work address. Apparently due to security reasons she was unable to give me my name or any card information when I asked for it. I said that my bank is the one that contacts me with suspicious transactions, her reply "we work with all the banks". Yeah no thanks!
