Caller: Scammer - pretty sure

Couldn't answer direct questions when I challenged him, nor could he give me a phone number on the spot and eventually gave a landline that he botched with 9 digits instead of 8 for his supervisor from Telstra so I could call them myself to confirm myself, come to think about it, our internet account isn't even in my name!
