Caller: Claims to be Telstra

Man with a lot of background noise called claiming to be from Telstra trying to warn me about people getting on my internet network illegally. I am not with Telstra. I asked how he had my number and he said he had my name and number from public records. He said that Telstra run all the country's internet which is why he was talking to me. I insisted that Telstra can contact me in writing about this issue. He protested. I hung up.
