Caller stated in a strong accent that she was calling from Aussie Protect" although I had to ask twice for "Protect" to be elucidated...
When l stated that l was an Aussie but l didn't think l needed protection, she hung up leaving me talking to myself. To quote someone else, 'Not happy Jan'

Recieced a call from 0432 682 586. I let it ring out because I didn't recognise the number. I call it back and an automated message said that is Aussie Protect and to stay on the line until an operator answers. It then immediately cuts out.

They call me almost daily and I block their numbers but they register new mobile phone numbers and link them to their call centre. I'm on the do not call register which seams to mean nothing.

Very pushy telemarketing trying to sell Health Insurance. I tried a polite ‘no’ several times but ended up having to hang up.

Ring me several times on my mobile number. Asked it is that time of year to upgrade your insurance. I replied I don't have any insurance policy with Aussie Protect. Then she hang up. Be careful.

I asked how they got my number 'Random.'
Tried to get me a better rate Medical Insurance.
I said i was not interested the telemarketer Laughed
I blocked number.

So I put my phone on blocked caller ID called the number & it was Aussie protect.
