I called back number 0423 891 948 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Scammers are sending text from this number & asking you to call it back as they need your urgent help & if you do your phone bill will be charged a premium DO NOT RING THIS NUMBER BACK ITS A SCAM!

Got text "urgent help needed please call back" So I did... just to see. Sam... claimed to be from WA police. Informed me that 40 million Australians had received "urgent need for help please call back" Ignoring the fact that the population of Australia is about 25 million I let him explain how he and his team are contacting everyone to let them know of the prank call. Menacing threats were playing as though the call had been intercepted. No idea what the purpose of this was but he asked me if I lived in a certain state, which I do but declined to answer..... ???

Scam. Call back and be re-routed to very expensive call charging numbers. Quite a few of them!

I called back. No answer just a recorded msg of people who seem drug affected swearing etc. I suggest you Block this number.

had same scam experience as described above

received the text to call back urgently. Thought it may have been someone I work with who had a new number so I called it. Sounded like a bunch of morons calling me by another name and heard males and females laughing constantly. Have blocked the number.

then sends txt saying call back its urgent

received call and a hang up followed by Text message say call back right away, I need urgent help.

Left a message saying "call back right away. Need urgent help" Thinking it might be one of my workmates I called and all I got was a mouthful of abuse and saying they were coming to kill me.

Request call back right away, I need urgent help, when connected it is multiple cross lines.

I got a call from this number and immediately got a text saying " Call back right away I need urgent help" I've no idea what they're selling or doing but that isn't going to happen for sure!

I received a text message from this number saying "Call back right away, I need urgent help". I didn't call, figured it was a scammer.
