Claimed to be from CommBank - confirmed my name/email and even my address - I got a little suspicious when he wanted me to input card details in order to look for data breaches on dark web, despite saying that the card was cancelled. I questioned him and he said he'd never ask me to read out the details, but by inputting on keypad it was secure. I said I wasn't comfortable and I was going to ring CommBank Fraud number directly and he instantly hung up. I rang them and they confirmed it wasn't legit. Very disconcerting how much info they had and that added a lot to the legitimacy - stay vigilant!
