Caller: Claimed they were PayPal Security Department I don’t have PayPal. When I answered the call, it was silent for several seconds, I was saying “Hello?” multiple times before they responded. They didn't introduce themselves personally, didn’t tell me their name, just that they are with the PayPal Security Department.
