Scam fraud

Scam call from someone pretending to be Visa. The call started with a robocall asking saying that I'd made a $400 eBay payment and a $1300 international money gift card transfer, and to press 1 if I want to allow it, or 2 to block. When I pressed 2, I was connected to an offshore sounding call centre. They wanted to send me some kind of code to verify my account, but when I asked if I could call my own back to confirm the fraud they said that I couldn't (apparently my bank has already released the funds, though this isn't the case) and that I could call back the number they called on. No record of this number on Google, and it's a mobile, so I'm flagging this as a scam for others that search for it.
