if you try to call back, optus advises the number has been disconnected. they must have some kind of blocking arrangement because this number has called me 3 times in 2 days.

It’s a call centre ‘seek services’ like HiPages. Business leads and they want you to pay a monthly fee for leads from tyre kickers who have exhausted all their other options!!
