This person ran into the back of my car causing considerable damage. The address she gave me was fake. She won't answer her phone and it jut goes through to message bank. Now, I have to pay the insurance excess due to the insurance company not bring able to contact her. Australia's privacy rules protect those that o the wrong thing by others.
