called twice today , rang back indian lady answered saying 'A plus' i then hung up. no idea who they are or what they want.

Calls, as soon as answered hangs up. When I called back they denied calling, then denied hanging up then went into their spiel.

This dude, keep calling me 2 days in a row and begging me for my vodafone PIN number to apply 30% discount off due to corona virus crisis. This is a scam.

A lady called to ask about my personal information.

Answered and she knew my full name and asked me to take a short survey about my super. I said I'm sorry i'm at work and can't talk, she responded with it will only take 2 mins, i repeated myself and she was very forceful in her response. I hung up!
