Caller: Andrew Orr CON MAN will rip you off. Shows pictures on his site of work he's done. Bull its stock photos from real estate agents. Will start the job then ask for payment as he's doing it tough at christmas time, BOOHOO, and will never return to finish it. Wrecked my home. Still hunting him for payment on a VCAT ruling. Hiding like the dog he is.
