I blocked the number from successfully calling again months ago, due the same reasons as everyone else.

They attempted using other numbers. (Blocked those too.)

Yet they still continue to keep calling, knowing full well they are obviously blocked & won't get through.

How stupid are these people???

These ongoing unsolicited, daily nuisance calls need to stop!

It is in fact a Crime under the Telecommunications Act.

Don't quote me on the exact page & clause. (It's been so long, I don't recall.)

But from memory...

It clearly states;
(words to the effect of)

IT IS AN OFFENCE;
Under the Telecommunications Act of 1997. (?)
- To use any Telecommunications Network, service or device, to either "HARASS", "THREATEN" or "INTIMIDATE" another person.

Collate all the facts, stat's & data. Include it with all other mandatory documents when 'Reporting to the Minister'.

Rings daily but never leaves a message. Suspect it is telemarketer or a con.

I didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the number and they didn't leave a message.

thats because youve already blocked this number before. So you get the missed call but no ring tone. If you check your block lists it will be on there!

Tried to get me to change health funds, kept him on the line for 25 minutes (i was on work time so why not)?

When i told him i wasn't interested he got upset and said i should have told him i wasn't interested at the start (despite me saying so at the start) so he didn't waste my time.
