Yes I agree with you about Jamie Lee Rayfield. Also, her continual loud blasting music is obnoxious and disturbing to the neighbors. The various cars that come and go at any hour tearing pothole in roads, the shouting, fights in the street and her verbal abuse is also disturbing. There is also drug activity - I have heard the word "drugs" mentioned plenty of times from her house!
