I tried to call the number back but the message said the number was not in service. So probably a scammer. Any number not in my phone or that I have not dialled goes straight to voicemail. It is a function of the apple phones. Go into your settings, click on phone and scroll down to "Silence Unknown Callers" and turn it on. If they really want to speak with you, they will leave you a message.
