The number appears close to my number. A person said that I was late with returning books to the Library. A lot of crackling in the line. I said I don't have books borrowed, and (she) continued stating the book titles also acknowledging the bad connection. I laughed about the book titles, now sure this is a prank. The caller started to keep and I hung up I believe it was someone fishing for my voice.
