Caller: Says they were from NBN Wanted to know details of internet provider and devices used because 'receiving lots of error messages to their server and our connection not secure'. When I asked him to provide information verifying he was from NBN told me 'not to worry he will verify' but 'cannot send an email as the hackers will intercept it'
