I also got the same card. I called him and he was nice to deal with and was glad I called as it was important. I asked him why the card doesn't have a company name on it and he explained the government doesn't allow identifying features on the card.

Yeah, probably best to call this guy if he leaves a card. Not something to mess around with lol

Leaves a card telling people to call urgently with a file umber… but the card does not advise who he is or what comoanynher represents
