Missed the call. Listened to the voicemail and its a chinese recording loop and some very faint english speaking saying something about a package being delivered.
I called the number back because it looks like a standard mobile number and a normal
Australian lady picked up saying she missed a call from me and got the same recording loop earlier.

I'm assuming calling the number redirects to a random mobile number that they have called instead.

Unless you know this number as a personal contact, dont even bother calling it or answering. Google searches result in a lot of people saying its a scam targeted towards Chinese speakers requesting a payment to collect their important package which is held at a Chinese embassy.
