I suspect this is spam/scam. have received several text messages like this over past couple of weeks. messages are telling me I have to action something before they cancel it.

Scam Sms for unpaid customs on package. Link is probably infected with Trojan or virus. Delete & block number.

This is a scam. There is no package. Don't respond & block the number

it says "we have attempted to deliver ur package AUxxxxAI, but there is an unpaid customs charge. follow the instructions here: <link>." I didn't click on the link nor attempted to call or sms.

if they're really serious or legit, they would have called and left a message, most importantly, introduced themselves formally like company, name of contact, etc.
