Caller: I dont know, but an un-known caller. Specifically bot sounding.

I recently, only a few minutes ago, set up my account voicemail, only for thos certain number to continually call me after I did so. And I'm sure I did everything correct with my voicemail. Yet this number is continually saying, that there is somthing wrong with it. One time I picked up, it siqd somthing completely different. Talking about gaps in my passports. ..???? I was confused, and handed the phone over to my guardian (im a young minor.) And even she didn't understand. As the voice on the other line didn't make sense of what it was saying, and it didn't seem like a quite understandable thing. But at the same time, it seemed professional. And seemily real..? It's stopped calling me now, and I have no idea if it's a bot, scam, actually gonverment line, or anything other than that. But it seems suspicious. No idea what it could be though.
