Caller: James/Tony Purchased goods from our company to be picked up, then called later to get a refund as he "hadn't realised" our store was in a different state. Tried to have it refunded onto a different card, then got defensive and hung up when we wouldn't process it back onto the card he wanted. He has tried this with two of our other stores.

Caller: Michael We had a very similiar experience to the one reported on 13 February. Customer called and placed an order to be picked up. Phoned back later to get the refund stating that he didn't realise that we were in a different state. Unfortunately we processed a refund onto a diferent card without realising. He has now disputed the original transaction with his bank. Be careful people.

Caller: SIMON Purchased goods from our company to be picked up then rang the next day to say he ordered them from the wrong store. He was in South Australia and we were in North Queensland. We were able to refund him on a different card which we now find was the wrong thing to do. We were trying to make it easier for the customer. We have since had the amount taken out of account via a disputed transaction. BEWARE!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! He ordered building materials from us, so he knows what to order and from what store.

Caller: Simon Paid over phone, wouldn't give security number off back of card. Wanted to refund goods not long after purchase, This is a scam. He will dispute purchase with bank after retailer gives refund.
