This is actually the plumber.
I received a missed call from the same number,
I looked it up and found your post.
The plumber arrived and asked him if this was his number and he confirmed it.
He usually calls before arriving to let tenants know.

Says a plumber on phone shows up NO appointment made, unrelenting insists to look at bathroom inside house yet could not tell me what the job repair was to be performed… not normal procedure. Didn’t like it when I said I have a right to enquire and check for my security he left in a hurry. Scary that had approached my home posing as repairer
