SCAM! A guy claiming to be from Telstra (gave me his name and employee ID) told me that my IP address had been compromised by O/S hackers. He instructed me to go the intranet and search for my IP address which showed that my details had been changed. He then wanted me to download an app in the App store and click on the link to give 'Telstra' access to change my IP address to 'make it safe'. I expressed my concerns and he put me on to his manager who reassured me that it was all ok. I was still skeptical so I hung up and rang my service provider (not Telstra). They advised me that it was a scam and do not ever give any details to these people.
