called at night. Without any messages left

This person called me, can't remember the name as i was at the shops. Anyway he new my name, address and obviously phone number and asked if I was interested in getting a valuation. Concerning as my phone number is supposed to registered on the do nut call register. When asked where did you get my details from, he mentioned a website called Pricefinder.

Caller: Maybe scammer or real estate agent. Same thing.

Called at 11 pm, Indian/Paki or Middle east accent. Wanting to know if I'm interested in selling my house. Told him I'm not. Do NOT let Indians, Pakis or Arabs get a foothold in your suburb. The place will be ruined, like where they came from.

I don't know who called me, but he called me at night. He knows my address and other details and asked whether I wanted to sell my home.
He had a Middle Eastern accent. This is scary.
