cold call for mortgage refinance pretending we had spoken before. these guys guys are hired by local mortgage brokers who pay for service. have played along twice before to get to talk to broker who have been very apologetic and.promise.to take number iff database. this time will be signing up for house visit to execute paperwork...or broker.
