Absolutely BS - my husband just got a call saying they had a parcel that had been redirected. We have just moved and he is not tech savvy so he gave them our new address. Grrr! They then said he'd be able to track the parcel soon - I guess trying to get him to click a link. He's been given a stern warning not to click anything! lol

Dodgy call firstly to my son and then to me from an unknown person looking for my ex-husband, stating they had a parcel for him that has come back as a 'return to sender'. Considering we have been divorced for many years, I am calling BS on this one.
