Automated messaged from CBA ‘supposedly’ asking if I had authorised a payment for $1800 and to press 1 for no etc .. I pushed 1 as I didn’t authorise this payment and a few seconds later an Indian sounding lady with kids crying in the background comes online and says she is working from home and that she can help me this unauthorised payment .. I hung up and called CBA and was told it wasn’t then calling me and that they haven’t had any payments from my account for $1800 … be careful !
