Received 2 calls from a lady at this number claiming to be from NBN. She advised there were errors with my internet and she wanted to resolve them. She advised to do so i would need to download the AnyDesk app (no explanation as to why). She then claimed this was the only way she could show me the error (screaming at me by now). When i asked to confirm her agent ID or to get the customer service phone number from NBN so i could call her back, she advised there were none - ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!
