Delayed answer and then referred to me by my surname so I hung up

Long delay in responding when I said hello then moved into spiel if I was recipient of electricity bill....

Have called several times over past few days, when I answered the phone and said hello they hung up.
I rang back and said number was disconnected

Someone after information about my energy account. The person calling was very hard to understand as English wasn’t her first language she hung up after not getting any personal information

They hang up when I picked up. Blocked it.
