I answered the phone and the person (with accent) responded with "this is Samantha, how is your day today?". I asked where they were calling from but no reply, said it again but then they had hung up. Realised it was probably a scam - wanting to record your voice. Rang the number and realised I was right - the "hello" I got was my own voice! Very strange.
