Him and the whole company are crooks if I ever met one, even the landlord, the agent and Principle all involed in shady practices ans their business is a rackerteering operation called Strathfield Partners disguised as a real estate agency.

They have the worst reputation in town as to why they removed their listing from public rate (real estate sites like real estate dot com rating is iether one sided or manipulate by advertisers I wouldnt trusted it only indepent site Google is less likely to be manipulatabl, as clearly mine isn't the public rating they fear.

They will commit bank fraud when they were given direct debit over my bank account in the begin I though it was just admin mistake so when I pointed it out their discrepancy - they just give themselves an advance leaving me with no food money which I didn't have anyways on benefit for next 2 weeks instead of refunding me my money.

However my bank account wasn't designed to be robbed so without my knowledge it reverted the payment leaving me with the only errears created by them which they used to try to threaten to evict but when that was paid they just already raised my rent 25% which goes against the agreement terms I was unnegotiable to and placed in my application (well you could argue I should find the thousands I didn't have to be included in the contact like email agreement aren't legal however they are responsible for the $16,000 mould cleaning they never tending considering their paint is not ainti moulding nor do they have any vents in bathrooms or kitchen nor are the window easy to open when cooking and bathroom window doesn't open at all.

If you'd you argue this what exclusive to my state of unclean living the last tenant also face the same moulding problem eventually so unhappy with their rent bought a house after that and they also sh*t paint for tenant that came after me not changing any of their shady practices just cover over the mould what I couldn't clean off in time as to why the ceiling was bubbling and peeling before I got there.

Moulding if never encountered it you'd think couldn't be that serious however I know of a tenant who died of it and it also made me sick which I had medical records od if it wasn't enough that their agent Lachlan's who clearly trained to be a crook in that outfit did not devulge how dangerous that street dispight being asked (who eventually left). The murder cars in gangland war were fire bombed their I have video footage which there were 3 was dumped on my street making it impossible for a single person to open their window regularly event if I could to let light and air in to avoid mould though open the door every when speaking my neighbour in the morning but the mould was everywhere a cyclic nightmare I clean every inch off and it would come back straight after - it was full time job stopping me pursuing any other job or money renue generating endeavours as the mould kept coming back and telling Starthfield Partners made them backmailed me to stay at the higher rate before they clean it which being on benefit was impossible to sustain.

I was already stretch living on my own when your not safe you plans would not be to stay a company you can't trust when these crooks were charging me whatever they want at the highest rent per sq meter on a property against railway lines that rattle your window when you slept.

If you think this is one story is probably the worst on their books it compares nothing to Johnny I met later in my search or a long term room mate to make renting more affordable. They evicted him for reasons which is his fault as his friend was making noise which little control over just once regardless they robbed his entire whole business inventory he had to leave having not been able to find suitable premises in time which is illegal including 2 new bikes worth $18,000 worth of bikes he which they do at Christmas too like me. His marriaged dissolved, he lost access to his kids who meant the world to him and his now in housing a defeated man and a shell of a person last I saw.

In my case being trained in properties I knew my problem won't end with just leaving them that they could blacklist me. Dispight being offered the errears money and extortion rental till I find a place instead of me sued for them for mould which offer they didn't refused to take to the landlord (which is illegal citing they will talk to the judge instead both my judge bribed by them which again is illegal. I have recording of one judge asking John Karas for his decision and the other refusing me the right to defend myself and flat out did not get a hearing in court regarding the mould

My bond was taken and I had to borrow more money hire a carpet cleaner to do myseld yet they blacklist me from rent from the next 3-6 years these are the most disreputable lying (however they advertise their the most trustworthy agency in the state on their website) however the reverse is true, these are the worst cheating bastards you will ever have the misfortune to come across.
