Caller: Credit corp Wow they really go to any lengths it’s credit corp… my ex husband told them to take his families numbers off of their lists (TWICE) as they’re estranged and he doesn’t talk to his family and they STILL call them. They have no care.

Debt collection agency attempting to recover money by blowing out the phones of third parties that may or may not know the subject of the alledged debt.
They attempt to call parents, siblings, cousins, neighbours, work colleagues, anyone even remotely associated with the subject or their lives in the hope they can get to them. What they do is illegal, and they can safely be ignored.
When a bad debt is passed onto a debt collector, the agency purchases the debt for 10 to 20 cents in the dollar and then attempt to collect the FULL amount from the original borrower (plus interest).
However, what most people are unaware of is that once the debt has been purchased by a third party , the debt has been expunged for the original borrower, and that is the end of the matter. The only signature from the borrower is on a contract between the bank/credit provider and the borrower. There is no signed contract between a debt collector and the original borrower.
Therefore, do not admit or agree to anything a debt collector says on the phone, as they will attempt to trick you into entering into a contract with them (if you're the original borrower they are after) and try to get you on a 'payment plan'.
The statute of limitations means they can only chase you for a maximum of five years, but if you admit to anything or enter into agreement with them (even verbally), then that resets and you can be harangued another five years or until you've satisfied the needs of these vultures.
Your best bet is to avoid them like the plague, legally they have no clout. All they have is intimidation tactics on the phone. Weak! They are legally only allowed to call 3 times a week or 12 in a month, but that is IF YOU ANSWER. so answer the call & just hang up & they won't be able to call again.

Caller: Credit corp Never answer calls unless one knows the person or telephone number. Search and Block every number once known it’s a collection agency. There is no contract just adhesion if one deals with them. Even then one can offer cents in the dollar subject to formal deletion of the original debt and removal of persons adverse name from credit agency (D & B)

Caller: Milngraham - Creditcorp They call on a Private Number, Landline Numbers with (02) or (08) Areacode & muliple different Mobile Numbers.. They never leave a message - Have been receiving calls & also text messages for almost 7 years now. I spoke to them originally in 2014 & advised I'd never heard of the Electricity Company from Melbourne they stated I had an outstanding dept with (I live in Qld) & I have never had an Account or any dealings with this Company ever. I requested them to provide the details/invoice of this unknown Account to be sent to me but never received anything. After all these years, they keep ringing & sending text messages to call & quote a Number. On occasions, I've received text messages offering me a reduced total payment if payed by a curtain date.. PowerDirect - CreditCorp - The recent messages are fom 'MilnGraham' . They won't go away. I've blocked countless of numbers over the years but they keep hounding me!

Caller: Credit Corp These retards have been ringing me for years, after buying a non existent debt from Telstra. Like Telstra their methods are dodgy, these days I can smell 'em before they hit the 'call' button - just give 'em the flick.
