They called to inform me Mon 26/2 about 2pm to tell me that they'd prevented an unauthorised $1200 being deducted from my Comm Bank account. The same man said he'd phoned last Friday 23/2/24 to say he'd prevented $1000 being deducted from my Comm Bank account. Told him it was a scam (checked on line, no such amount has been recorded). On the Friday, tried to phone Comm Bank Fraud but I hung up in frustration when I would have to wait for 30 mins before my call could be answered.
