Caller: "Brenda" from ANZ "Brenda" from ANZ called to adv large purchase on credit card pending approval, please confirm purchase by pressing X, if asking for refund press Y. OBVIOUS SCAM. ANZ do not offer refunds on pending purchases for a start as it's only pending, not paid - AND, they don't ask you to press X to confirm purchase. ALSO I do not have an ANZ account.
