Posted on March 22, 2024 Caller type: Scam call Location: Australia
Some female computer voice saying "This is the ANZ bank. There has been a transaction of $1000 on your debit card. Please press 1 if this is correct or press 2 if not." Or words to that effect. Since I don't have an ANZ account I'm certain this call was a scam. Also the scammer never asked my name or anything in relation to an account. Not that I gave caller a chance because I hung up
