This is a scam call number trying to get information about your banking details (e.g. credit card). They use the line that someone has tried to scam you credit card to purchase Bitcoin. Initially it sounds genuine but banks won't call you from a mobile phone number. The next part of the scam is they try and get you to tell them what kind of phone you use...banks NEVER do this.
