New phone scam. Automated voice call from a woman "Brenda" claiming to be from CBA "We have detected an unauthorised debit from your account of $1800 just now, press 1 to stop this transaction, press 2 to speak to your CBA bank directly"
Convincing, sounded urgent, a friendly female voice with an "Aussie" accent.
I can see why people fall for theses scams.
I don't bank with CBA.
Hang up and block the number.
Be careful.
