Rude. Someone needs to teach these folks telephone etiquette. Calling and hanging up without leaving a message should also be on the "F*ck off as***le" list rules. The number they called is on the 'do not call list', which far too many of 'these untouchables' completely ignore. Maybe the government communications office should take a look at these scam caller lists and do something about it.
