Called but didnt leave message - unknown

Answered the call, nobody spoke, than hung up.
Called back and went to an extension with a message facility.

Rung me to let me know I've been selected to win a free coffee machine from a recent online survey I've completed. I have not completed a survey online. Asked how many cups of coffee I drink per day.
Seems like a telemarketing scheme, and my phone failed to recognize it as spam, which is okay - it must just be a newer number.
