Started asking me questions about my mortgage. I had no idea who they were so told them I didn’t want to discuss anything about my self to them.

I picked up but no one spoke then hung up

I did not pick up. Messaged to identify so I can call back but did not. So I presumed it was another SCAMMER!!!

EMBR is a real company BTW. A lead generation firm. Definitely not a scam like many here are writing lies. EMBR can be found online.

Caller: Asking about my mortgage

I rang them back and they actually answered. They said that their colleague (never a good sign) was ringing me because they "were told I was paying off a mortgage"
I am not. I said that, and they apologised and said they would take me off their list.
It may be worth answering and asking them to remove you

wanted me to confirm I meet certain criteria meeting my homeloan and income. Did not feel comfortable speaking with them.

Said they understand I was paying off a mortgage. Asked them where they would have gotten that info from. They asked if I had filled in an online form. I advised I had not. They offered to take me off their list. I advised that I found the call very suspicious and was going to end the call. They did not sound surprised.

Answered the call, no one spoke but could clearly hear multiple people talking in the background. My male voice not sounding like a potential victim is probably why they did not respond. Has to be a Scam.

Mentioned that they were wanting to clarify some info regarding me "paying off a mortgage". I told them I didn't have a mortgage and not sure where they were buying their info from, but I wasn't interested in their calls, and hung up

Caller: Isaac at Nu Path

Isaac asked me what I thought about current rates (interest rates). I said my Loan is fixed so doesn't affect me too much. He then asked how long it was fixed for and i said 5 years. He then said he may call back down the track then. His voice sounded nervous and did not sound confident at all.

Started asking me questions about my mortgage. I had no idea who they were so I asked them to identify them self she just cut off the line.

Called and wanted to talk to owner of business - something about animals but would not say what. Scam of some sort
