Telemarker/Scammer - thick accent - hard to understand - talking about federal solar rebates for my home - knew my name and just started sprouting a spiel about federal government rebates. Told them I was not interested.

They left a voicemail "hello, hello?" Call centre noise in the background, but didn't identify themselves. Number blocked as suspect it's a scam or solar BS as per previous comment. If solar were that important to our climate it would be written into the building code as a necessary part of all new build homes!

Solar rebate, knew my first name. Clearly had no other information because I already have solar panels. They hung up on me when I advised.

Called once and I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.
