This is a scam. Do not call the number listed unless you like talking to weasel thieving sumfeeders. Block the number they texted from and move on with your life.

I got the similar text msg from this number , I called back 1300 398 546 as advised, and it went to D&B.

A lady told me that they got my details from mygov, then I logged in to check Centrelink. Yes there's PDF mail their mentioned 'overpay' to me due to childcare and I need to pay back the owned money, it's true story to me and I made payment via BPay (or online or Auspost as advised in that bill).

So to me, the message does not seem like a scam, my advice is to check your myGov first, if really need to pay a debt, then pay the way as advised in the bill ONLY, not else.
