Caller: Royal Flying Doctors Downloaded a snake bite fact sheet from the Royal Flying Doctors and began receiving calls. Tried to call back and it played a message to the effect off "Thanks for calling the RFD..." Don't recall seeing any consent to be contacted in obtaining the fact sheet but I assume it is buried in the fine print.

http://cornucopia.com.au/ - just looked them up - they're legit but would rather they didn't call my mobile. Be nice to them. They're people too :)

A male told me he was from greenpeace and i had signed a petition, he asked me to donate money to greenpeace. He knew my name and phone number and email address. I feel silly but i did give him my bank details and my home address. He told me ge would send out a welcome pack, if if i dont receive that then ill know its a scam and ill cancel my credit card.

I just rang it back to get a recorded message saying it was a company called cornucopia who had called on behalf of the royal flying doctor service ...

I have missed calls from this number three times in the last three days. Each time a message is left, but it is as if they have accidentally pocket-called me as the message is just background chatter. One time I heard a male voice saying to someone, "...so you just want to make a one-off donation?". Idiots. If it is Greenpeace, they should be more careful with their reputation because, at this rate, they'll be losing credibility fast.

Greenpeace. I am always happy to donate, but I'd rather not get called.
