I keep getting call but never answer. they dont seem to be getting blocked by this app either

This number has been calling me for the past few weeks, onlyrings 2-3 times then stops.

Just got a call from this number. Went to message - lots of background noise and heavy breathing. Very annoying. They are now blocked.

Have blocked call and traced number to 'Pivotel' satellite phone. Trouble is that my call records indicate 2 outgoing calls to this number which I didn't make. The phone was actually on the table recharging when the calls were supposedly made and my prepaid account has now lost all its funds even though it was recharged on Saturday and I only sent one message and my mobile data is switched off.

Yes I would like to know how to get rid of these pests. they've been calling at least three times a day on my mobile for more than a week now.

nobody answers on the other end. must be a spooky ghost?

Annoying. they ring me that much they have depleted my mobile phone battery twice.....ANGRY!
